What to do with your To-Do List


  • Your brain sees “I have so much to do” as vague and then the brain shuts down (leading to inaction or procrastination).
  • Give your brain specifics so it can problem solve. Write out everything you “have to-do” as your to-do list.
  • Transfer all your to-dos into your agenda at the beginning of your week. When your brain plans it gets to work and solves for all the unanswered questions that run in your head.
