How to Deal with Guilt

- Releasing how to let go of the emotion from your body.
- All emotions have a purpose and guilt has us slow down.
- If we stay too long in an emotion we can end up stuck in this emotion. Often we can stay in it where it turns into shame.
- Guilt = I’ve wronged (someone or something).
- We believe we’ve acted wrongly or even felt an emotion that is wrong and this belief leads to feeling of guilt.
