  • Releasing how to let go of the emotion from your body.
  • All emotions have a purpose and guilt has us slow down.
  • If we stay too long in an emotion we can end up stuck in this emotion. Often we can stay in it where it turns into shame.
  • Guilt = I’ve wronged (someone or something).
  • We believe we’ve acted wrongly or even felt an emotion that is wrong and this belief leads to feeling of guilt.
  • We use guilt to keep us in line, stay on track but often there isn’t long term success in changing our behaviours when we use guilt.
